Our products are fresh, perishable egg products. Due to strict biosecurity protocols, once an order has been delivered and accepted:
No returns
No exchanges
No refunds
This protects our livestock, our customers, and the farm from contamination risks.
3. In‑House Delivery Terms
All deliveries are completed by the Vaalwater Online team using our own vehicles.
Customers are required to:
Be available to receive the delivery
Inspect the order at the time of delivery
Confirm quantity and visible condition before the driver leaves
Once the delivery is accepted, the order is considered final.
Any issues must be raised immediately with the driver. Claims made after delivery cannot be processed due to biosecurity restrictions.
4. Product Quality & Availability
We take every measure to ensure product quality and accuracy. However, quantities may vary based on farm production, seasonal factors, and availability.
We reserve the right to:
Limit quantities
Refuse any order
Discontinue products at any time
Prices and product descriptions may change without notice.
5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.
We are not responsible for:
Incorrect delivery addresses
Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients
Delays caused by inaccurate customer information
Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error are non‑refundable.

We may provide access to third‑party tools or services. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third‑party platforms, apps, or integrations used on this site.
